Dean Cunningham

(Salisbury, NC office)

 

 

President - Dean graduated from NC State with a B.S. in Biological and Agriculture Engineering, and a Masters in Civil Engineering-Environmental. He joined Beacon in 1983 and he and his partner bought the company in 2002. Dean has three grown children, and a wife who occupy a lot of his "off-time". He enjoys traveling, especially to the NC Mountains, where he grew up and out west. He enjoys most sports particularly golf and tennis.

Chris Strickland

(Clayton Office)

 

 

Vice President - Chris has over 15 years experience in the electrical industry, including commercial, industrial, and voice & data/media systems.  He completed two years of study at Johnston Technical Community College and two additional years of study at North Carolina. Chris is married and has three children. He enjoys his family, sports, and music.

Tom Castleberry

(Georgia Office)

 

 

Tom has Electronics training in USAF. One year of Electrical Engineering at Georgia Tech and a Business Degree from the University of Georgia. He has a background that includes designing & selling Control Systems for Industrial Facilities. Tom enjoys playing the guitar, and fishing when he is not working with church projects or raising his daughter.

Joel Cunningham

(St. Augustine, FL Office)

Joel attended University of North Carolina at Asheville on a full tennis scholarship majored in  Business and minor in Engineering.  He moved to Florida in 1992 and worked with several engineering / surveying firms.  Prior to joining Beacon in 2013 he worked as a Procurement Manager for Newcastle Marine super yacht division in Palm Coast Florida.  Joel is a licensed boat captain and enjoys fishing, Tennis, Hiking with his wife and dog in his spare time.
